• The Method: We build complex, multi-dimensional objects layer-by-layer. This allows for internal cavities, moving parts, and "impossible" shapes that traditional tools can't create.

• What We Build: Custom-engineered beer tap handles, illuminated prototypes, and specialized mechanical components for niche problems.

• Specialty: Multi-color fabrication and durable, high-speed production.

• The Method: We don't just print; we engineer color. Using a combination of in-house UV and transfer technology along with specialized DTF partnerships, we put high-fidelity graphics on things.

• What We Build: From detailed logos on wood flight boards to full-color branding on custom trophies and headwear patches.

• The Advantage: Total color freedom. We can print bright, crisp whites and vibrant tones on dark or textured surfaces that stop other printers in their tracks.

Custom Headwear & Patch Fabrication

Branded with Texture

• The Method: We specialize in creating custom-etched patches—using leather, leatherette, or specialized acrylic—and permanently bonding them to high-quality headwear.

• What We Build: Small-batch runs of "Workshop Style" hats for breweries, distilleries, or small businesses who want a rugged, premium look that standard embroidery can't match.

• The Advantage: Laser-etched patches allow for incredibly fine detail and a 3D "pop" that stands out on a shelf.

The most exciting projects in the Lab are the ones that use all of the above. We thrive on builds that require a 3D-printed core, a laser-etched wood inlay, and a vivid UV-printed logo. If it’s never been done before, we want to build it.
